Who it is for

One programme, four parties.

Each one gets something it cannot get alone.

Live

Funders lend, we run it. Licensed funders carry the credit. TNKR keeps the ledger and moves the money.

Credit stays with the funder

A licensed funder in your market lends each advance.

One ledger

Every advance, payout and repayment, recorded against its pay cycle.

Paid to e-money wallets

Advances land in the employee's PayMongo wallet.

TNKR and PayMongo do not lend. Each advance is credit from a licensed funder in your market, repaid by payroll deduction.

Pilot

Pay on what was earned. Eligibility from attendance and salary. Limits as a share of wage or a fixed cap.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What funders, platforms and employers ask before they launch.

Ask us directly
Who lends the money for each advance?

A licensed funder lends the money for every advance on TNKR. Neither TNKR nor PayMongo lends. The funder, a bank, lending company or financing company licensed in its market, carries the credit. TNKR keeps the ledger, pays each advance to the employee's e-wallet and settles repayment at payroll.

How does the funder get repaid?

TNKR settles every advance at the end of the pay cycle. The employer deducts the amount advanced when payroll runs, and TNKR reconciles the deduction against its ledger and returns it to the funder. TNKR keeps a summary for each pay cycle of what was advanced, what is due and what has been repaid.

How do you decide what an employee can draw?

TNKR works out what each employee can draw from the attendance and salary in the employer's HRIS or payroll. Earned pay is gross salary multiplied by days attended over working days in the cycle. The programme caps it as a share of earned pay or a fixed amount, and the employer approves each request.

Can our platform offer EWA without a licence?

TNKR lets an HRIS or payroll platform offer earned wage access without a balance sheet or a licence. A licensed funder in each market carries the credit, and TNKR runs eligibility, approvals, payout and settlement on PayMongo's BSP-licensed e-money rails. Your platform connects once and puts the programme in front of its employers.

How does it connect to our payroll?

TNKR connects to your HRIS or payroll through one integration. It reads attendance and salary to calculate earned pay, applies your pay-cycle cut-off, and returns the amount to deduct for each employee before payroll runs. Your pay schedule stays the same, and employees receive the rest of their salary on payday.

Why should employers offer earned wage access?

TNKR gives employers one programme for the salary advances HR now handles case by case. Requests, approvals, payout and payroll deduction run in one place, every advance is on record, and the same rules apply to everyone. In studies reviewed by the International Labour Organization (April 2025), 52 to 85% of workers using earned wage access reported less financial stress.

Which markets can we launch in?

TNKR pays out earned wage access in the Philippines on PayMongo's BSP-licensed e-money rails. Singapore, Cambodia and Indonesia are in scoping. In each market, a licensed local lender or bank funds the advances and holds the licence, and TNKR supplies the technology. Tell us your market and we will map the funder and licence model with you.

How do employees receive the money?

TNKR pays each approved advance to the employee's PayMongo e-wallet. The employee requests part of what they have earned, the employer approves it, and the funder releases the money to the wallet. On payday, the amount advanced is deducted and the rest of the salary arrives as usual.

How a pilot starts

Start with one payroll.

One employer, one pay cycle. A licensed funder, your HRIS and TNKR go live together.
